Lovely quality

Clothing quality is great and very comfortable. I have a number of items and wear them regularly. All wash and wear great!

It was my first time to be in one of Gym and Coffee shops. The staff were very helpful and accommodating.

I had a query as to where my online purchase was. The query was dealt with and resolved very quickly to my satisfaction.

It only took a couple of seconds to order. My previous orders have come quickly and are packaged impeccably always. I have never had a problem with this company.

I ordered a new beanie from gym and coffee! Had my eye on it but didn’t want to pay postage. When I got the email to say free postage I ordered it straight away in less than a minute using Apple Pay. Was very easy and quick! Already have the beanie in black and pink and they are warm and the perfect size!

The whole customer journey and experience is top class! The online purchase process, being informed of the delivery position, and then the product.

The products are so comfortable and warm. I love the two tops I have.

The girl at the counter was extremely efficient,one of her colleagues was dealing with a very fussy customer,he was really good with her but the girl saw me waiting in the queue and politely asked me if I would like to pay with card she could let me go straight away!!

I ordered the BUA Jogger 2.0, along with a few other items. The website experience was good; the delivery arrived within two working days, with regular updates from the courier; and the quality of all items was excellent. I was disappointed, however, to find a used tissue in one of the jogger pockets (I assume that they had been returned by somebody else) and a price tag on the joggers marked £33 when I had paid £60!

When trying to do a simple exchange for a bigger size, I was told that unless I could prove that the (GYM & Coffee Branded) present I received was purchased from Gym & Coffee, I could not exchange it for a bigger size. It was a gift and therefore I had no proof of purchase. This is a very, very poor exchange policy.

Staff amazing love the clothes sadly the new running leggings in pink xs are to big actually taught they wer sized wrong so brought them back and tried another pair still the same hope other leggings don't change

Store was bright, clean, and tidy. Staff helpful, friendly, funny and professional. It was a pleasant experience. I would visit again I am normally an online shopper only.

Shop was well laid out and appealing. No assistance offered from staff. Person at the till didn’t seem overly friendly but when I spoke to him he was very polite.
Overall good experience and hopefully a decent product.
